Warranty & Guarantee

2-year legal guarantee

Every product you buy from us comes with the statutory legal guarantee of conformity: goods must match their description and be free of defects. If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, at no cost to you, in line with EU/UK consumer law.

How to make a claim

Contact support@baboo.care with your order number and a short description (and photos, if possible) of the issue. We will assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. For faulty goods we cover return shipping.

Manufacturer warranty

Some products also carry an additional manufacturer's warranty. This is offered voluntarily by the brand and does not affect your statutory rights above.

Product safety

All items are genuine and, where applicable, meet EU safety standards (e.g. CE / EN71 for toys; i-Size / ECE R44 for car seats). Safety standards are shown on the relevant product pages.
